Rowley Set to Open New 2005 Poplar Offices in Issaquah

Rowley Properties announced the completion of its 2005 Poplar office building in Issaquah. The four-story development, at 2005 N.W. Poplar Way in Issaquah, broke ground on a speculative basis about a year ago. It’s part of Rowley’s broader Hyla Crossing redevelopment of other older retail and commercial buildings on the south side of Interstate 90, next to 19th Avenue Northwest and Tibbetts Creek.

2005 Poplar – Irresistible Stairs

It was important this building make a statement that resonated for Issaquah – it was necessary and meaningful that we provide a warm welcome. The idea was that the glass staircase would be a beacon for the building and visible from I-90 as a testament to tenant health and collaboration within the building.
