Rowley Properties Issaquah was thrilled to be honored as a Generations of Success 2023 Award winner by the Northwest Family Business Advisors.
During the award presentation yesterday, our CEO, Kari Magill, spoke about the past and future of the company and then took part in a panel with the other honorees, Smeraldo Restaurant Group and Lee Johnson Auto Family. Here are some highlights for 2024:

As Rowley Properties charts its course for the year ahead, we are excited to unveil what we’re most looking forward to in 2024. Anchored in our core values, these endeavors underscore our commitment to fostering growth, cultivating a vibrant community, and delivering unparalleled service.

Nurturing Customer Relationships: In the spirit of gratitude, Rowley Properties extends heartfelt thanks to our existing customers who have played a pivotal role in our success story. And we look forward to serving new customers’ space needs as they arise. Building on these strong foundations, we are dedicated to further deepening our client relationships through tailored solutions and exemplary service. In our commitment to enhancing customer experience, we will be rolling out new operating software and payment processing solutions – Tenant, Inc. and Appfolio in the coming months.

Sustainability Initiatives: Our pledge to prioritize community well-being takes center stage this year. From sustainability initiatives to fostering a healthier environment, Rowley Properties aims to contribute meaningfully to the overall quality of life within our neighborhoods. We hope to be constructing a stormwater pump station in our Hyla Crossing neighborhood and are starting the planning process to install solar panels in Rowley Center.

Service Excellence Redefined: At the core of Rowley Properties’ mission is an unwavering commitment to service excellence. In 2024, we are excited to roll out initiatives that transcend traditional real estate paradigms, focusing on philanthropy, community engagement, and delivering positive impacts beyond business transactions. We will new Rowley Center neighbor Summit Classical Christian school and are proud to continue our support of several local non-profits such as KidVantage, Issaquah Schools Foundation, Village Theatre, Hopelink, Porchlight, Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank among many others.

As we embark on this journey into 2024, Rowley Properties remains dedicated to navigating the intricate intersections of commerce and community. We look forward to a year of collaborative success, growth, and shared achievements. And we look forward to hearing your plans for the new year as well. Stay tuned for an exceptional year ahead!
