Rowley Properties plans to develop 12th & Maple, an 80,000 square-foot office and flexible-use space near Gilman Boulevard in Issaquah. The overall project site is approximately 10 acres, zoned intensive commercial. Phase One will be the development of two floors of space with an atrium lobby. Phase Two will be the development of two additional buildings and a parking garage to allow for tenant growth & expansion.
