Kari Magill
Chief Operating Officer
As a third generation family business owner, Kari Magill grew up in property management and development. Since joining Rowley Properties full time in 1992, Kari oversees all aspects of internal operations. She presently serves as Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors of Rowley Properties.
A native of Issaquah, Kari attended the University of Washington where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering. She interned in manufacturing at Proctor and Gamble in 1988 before joining Physio-Control, where she supervised a manufacturing staff of 40 and performed production support engineering.
Kari's involvement in the communities in which Rowley Properties develops and manages property is extensive. Kari currently serves on the Executive Board of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce as Vice-Chair of Current Issues, and is on the Transportation and Public Affairs Committees. She is Past-President of the East King County Chambers of Commerce Legislative Coalition. Kari is a member of the Advisory Board for Issaquah Schools Foundation and teaches Junior Achievement at her children’s schools. She is also a licensed real estate agent and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Kari and her husband, Drew, have two sons and a golden retriever.
